Our Bamboo Charcoal Products
Four carefully engineered product lines to meet every grilling need

Cube Charcoal(High-Quality)
Bamboo powder rods are produced under high temperature and high pressure, followed by a 12-day carbonization process with six-stage temperature control, reaching temperatures of up to 850°C. The highest-quality long charcoal is carefully selected and physically cut into small cubes. Made from 100% natural bamboo charcoal, with no chemical additives, it produces no smoke or unpleasant odor. It features high fixed carbon, low volatile matter, and a long burning time of 3+ hours.

Long Burning Bamboo Charcoal
Our long-burning bamboo charcoal is specially formulated to provide extended burn times of 5-6 hours per batch. Made from 100% natural bamboo powder and carbonized using advanced enclosed kiln technology, this charcoal maintains consistent heat output throughout its burn cycle. Ideal for restaurants, catering services, and anyone who wants to grill longer without constantly refueling.

Cube Charcoal(Qualified Quality)
Bamboo powder rods are produced under high temperature and high pressure, followed by a 10--day carbonization process with six-stage temperature control, reaching temperatures of up to 700°C. The highest-quality long charcoal is carefully selected and physically cut into small cubes. Made from 100% natural bamboo charcoal, with no chemical additives, it produces no smoke or unpleasant odor. It features high fixed carbon, low volatile matter, and a long burning time of 2+ hours.

Small Charcoal Pieces
Small in size and suitable for various types of stoves and a wide range of applications. Ideal for BBQ, tea brewing, heating, industrial use, and more.
Our Production Process
From raw bamboo to premium bamboo charcoal in 7 precision steps
Bamboo Crushing
Bamboo Aged 3+ Years Is Selected as the Raw Material and Processed into Fine Powder.
Bamboo Powder Drying & High-Pressure Forming
The raw material is fed into spiral extrusion equipment operating at a pressure of ≥10 MPa and 300°C. No chemical binders are added at any stage — the bamboo's own lignin plasticizes and fuses under high pressure to form dense bamboo sticks with uniform density and a compact structure.
Drying & Pre-Carbonization
Slowly heat the bamboo powder rods to thoroughly remove internal free moisture, preventing cracking or bursting during carbonization. This process also decomposes the hemicellulose in the bamboo, forming an initial carbon framework.
Oxygen-Limited Smoldering
stable heating in a low-oxygen environment gradually decomposes lignin, consolidating the stick structure
Deep Carbonization
precisely controlled temperature greatly increases fixed carbon content and reduces volatile matter
Refining & Quality Enhancement
the high-temperature stage further purifies the carbon, raising fixed carbon and lowering volatiles
Sealed Cooling
after carbonization, the sticks cool naturally in the sealed kiln, preventing oxidation and spontaneous combustion from air contact
